Template Settings

You can access to template manager with the top menu : "Extensions --> Template Manager --> Hotel 2 "

With "Hotel 2 template", you can :

• Set the width of your website and the left column in px or % (fixed or fluid)
• Set the color for background, the font, titles module and active links
• Display or not your social links
• choose the font size

Module Positions

You must publish your modules with the right position :

Example for the "adress" position : go to the module manager and create a new module with the option "custom html". Write your adress or/and copyright and choose the position "adress".

How to display your logo ?

Go to the module manager and create a new module with the option "custom html". Choose the position "logo".
Then, insert your image with the wysiwyg editor and publish your module.

Warning : for a better display, use a .png transparent for your logo

How to configure the main menu ?

For the left menu, you can display a Moomenu

Moomenu

You can see the Moomenu in action on top left on the demo. For use it, you must select your menu in module manager and enter this settings :

• position : "left"
• Always show sub-menu items : "yes"
• Menu tag ID : "main_menu"

Accordion menu

You can see an example of accordion menu in action on bottom left here. For use it, you must select your menu in module manager and enter this settings :

• position : "left"
• Always show sub-menu items : "no"
• Module class suffix : " submenu" (don't forget the space before)

Note : the module for obtain the slide effect isn't include in this package because it don't work with Joomla 1.6.

How to display the slideshow on the demo ?

For that, use the free module "Ari Image Slider" by Ari Soft.
You can find this module in this package

Install the module and edit it :

• choose the position : "image"

Tips for the users modules

In the template manager, you can choose the width for user4 and user6. The width of user5 is automatically adjust.

So, if you publish only one user module : publish user5 (for a width of 100%).

If you publish two users module : publish user4 and user5, or user5 and user6.

It's the same thing for user1, user2 and user3.
