License

JoomSpirit.com grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web designs sold through my web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license").

JoomSpirit Template Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to my products to fit your purpose. You are not authorised to remove the copyright information in the xml descriptor file. You may remove the copyright information from the footer of the template.

Unauthorized use of JoomSpirit templates

You must not place any of my products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale or as part of a hosting / membership package of any kind without prior written consent from JoomSpirit.com. Limited usage granted

Your purchase grants you the rights to use the template designs as outlined in the table below in accordance with the terms and conditions.

    Purchase of template grants you the right to use this product on unlimited personal or business domains.

  • Ownership

    You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JoomSpirit.com.

  • Warranty

    My products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

  • Assignability

    You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from JoomSpirit.com.

  • Membership Access

    Once your payment is verified you will be granted access to the member’s area where you can download your purchase and access updates.

  • Terms of service and template amendments.

    JoomSpirit.com reserves the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice. JoomSpirit.com also reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of service outlined in this document with no prior notice.
