Q. Do you provide a quick start install like your demo ?

A. I don't provide a "quick start install" or the database of my demo. Because I think it's better to understand how to use the template and Joomla. I join a manual for use the template and if you have any problem, you can send me an access to your admin or a screenshot with the problem if you work in local.

Q. Why you charge the VAT for european business and everyone out of Europe ?

A. The VAT was a problem for me so I take a decision with a french tax lawyer.

In theory, I could don't charge the VAT out of Europe or for Business with a VAT number. But it's too complex because I must provide the proof of your business and of your location (if out of Europe) or verify the VAT number AND obtain a proof of this verification (like a pdf of each verification on the official european website ... and it's not possible with my ecommerce extension).
So, I decide (it's the only safe solution for me) to charge the VAT for everyone.

Q. I got the following message when I install the template : "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file "

A. You must unzip the package.
Inside you have 2 folders with the according version of the template : "joomla 1.5" and "joomla 2.5".
And don't forget to double-click on the file "manual.html" to open the manual in your browser.

Q. I try to purchase a template via Paypal and I see this message : "Transaction failed - Paypal could not validate your card"

A. Usually, the paypal-account can draw money directly from your associated credit card. But if you have this message, you must manually transfer money from your bank account to the paypal account.

Q. I submitted an order but haven't received my template(s) yet.

A. You should receive an automated email with the download link right after a successful payment. Make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see this email. Alternatively, you can log into joomspirit.com. Go to your "Your account" and click on "Orders" to find the download link and your invoice under each specific order.

Q. Where is my invoice ?

A. You must log into joomspirit.com. Go to your "Your account" and click on "Orders" to find the download link and your invoice under each specific order (icon "print" on the upper right side).

Q. I installed the template/theme but it looks nothing like your demo.

A. You need to assign your modules or blocks to the available positions for the particular template you just installed. Make sure you read the template installation file that came with the template. It shows in detail where the modules and blocks need to go to.

Q. How many websites can I use the purchased template for.

A. You can use my product on unlimited personal or business domains. And you can modify your template as you want. It's just forbidden to distribute or resale your product.

Q. How do I remove the "Welcome to the frontpage" line on my Joomla homepage

A. Go to Menu manager > Main Menu and click to edit the option "Home". Uncheck the "display component title" option from the parameters section on the right.
